Handiwork course - FOR ARTFUL FINGERS

During the course children learn the principles of crocheting, knitting, needlework and embroidering. Learning these techniques is not only practical but it also helps children develop fine motorics, esthetic feeling and, last but not least, patience. Just as other activities of creating when hands and fingers are engaged and when a certain amount of concentration is required, crocheting and knitting help to interconnect both cerebral hemispheres and develop children’s thinking. The extraordinary pieces of children’s work are rewarding and become a „cherry on the cake“ not only for children.
