Yoga for children


Yoga helps to focus better, improves overall motor skill, stability and flexibility. Strenghtens immunity.

During collective meetings children will learn how to work with their body in a playful way, how to be more perceptive to it. How to get rid of excess energy and how to find some when tired. At the same time it strenghtens and stretches their bodies without pain and boredom because the joy of movement itself is very important.

Structure of the lesson: welcome-excercise – games/dance – relaxation
